Paradigm has added Scottish Bridging Loans to its lender panel.
Paradigm member firms will have access to the full range of Scottish Bridging Loans products, including bespoke bridging loans tailored to a variety of complex financial needs.
Scottish Bridging Loans launched in January 2023 and offers coverage across the country, including the Highlands and Islands, with no postcode restrictions.
The lender specializes in first and second charge bridging loans for a period of up to twelve months on residential and commercial properties, and also provides second charge bridging loans on home guarantees for business purposes.
The lender’s loan amounts range from £30,000 to £1 million, with loans available up to 75% LTV and rates from 1% per month.
Scottish Bridging Loans also offers second line loans up to 75% LTV, with a maximum term of 12 months, and can often provide indicative terms within an hour.
It facilitates the financing of residential and commercial assets, land with planning, purchases, light renovations, development exits and buy-to-let investments.
Richard Howes, director of Paradigm Mortgages, comments: “The addition of Scottish Bridging Loans to our lender panel is testament to our commitment to improving our offering in this area.”
“Scottish Bridging Loans’ expertise in bridging finance and their ability to work closely with advisers to secure the best deals for clients make them a valuable addition to our panel.”
David Travers, CEO of Scottish Bridging Loan, added: “We are delighted to be working with an award-winning mortgage club like Paradigm. This will allow a greater number of brokers to access our products and trial our service levels.”
