Paragon Bank has promoted Jason Wilde to head of sales from his previous role as national sales manager.
In Wilde’s new role, he will continue to support Paragon’s mortgage business development manager (BDM), while also focusing on improving relationships with intermediaries.
Former national account manager Sally Wright will take on the role of head of distribution to work with mortgage networks and clubs.
In addition, Andy Rudkin and Sam Debenham will take up regional BDM posts after being promoted from their previous senior BDM positions.
Rudkin will cover the south of England and Debenham the north. The pair will support their BDM colleagues in their respective areas while continuing to play an active role in helping agents find financial solutions for landlord clients.
All positions will report to commercial mortgage director Russell Anderson.
Commenting on the roles, Anderson said: “A key priority for us this year and next is that we expand our reach by working more strategically with our mortgage networks and club partners, while strengthening the relationships we already have with intermediary companies. ”
“We have created a number of new roles to reflect that and promoted them from within, capitalizing on the experience and expertise we have, while also maintaining a degree of continuity.”
