NatWest will increase rates by 10 basis points on a range of deals tomorrow.
The lender is increasing prices on a range of different products for new customers, product transfers and additional loans.
In the lender’s new offering, selected two- and five-year fixes will increase by 10 basis points for the following deal categories:
- Purchase
- Transfer
- High-quality purchase and remortgage agreements
- First buyer
- Purchase of shares and remortgage
- Green purchase and remortgage
Together, the rates have been increased by a maximum of 135 basis points in one year great repricing.
Clydesdale Bank has also announced this rate increases of up to 30 bps starting tomorrow.
And Mortgage Works are increasing some rates while you cut others, also tomorrow.
