Black & White Bridging has made four agreements in his relationship team.
Dan Nathan has been hired as an internal relationship manager and Sureyya Vidali as social media and marketing manager as part of his new internal sales desk.
Nathan previously worked as a broker in the specialized loaning space with aure financing.
In his new role, he will support existing intermediaries and new brokers on board.
Vidali agrees with experience in reactive social media and brand strategy, which previously collaborated with Metro Bank and Starling Bank.
With black -white bridges, she will concentrate on communicating the company’s dedication to intermediaries via all channels and on all platforms.
The lender has also appointed Mike Underwood and Shahed Popat as relationship managers to improve his presence in the south of England.
Underwood Joins van Adsum, where he served as a product manager, while Popat previously worked at Roma Finance.
In their new roles they will focus on improving the presence of the lender in Hertfordshire and along the south coast.
