Darlington Building Society has expanded the criteria for the reach of the professionals with more important employee professions with variable income flows.
The reach of the professionals is now open to all nationalities, including aliens with a visa that works in the professions such as paramedics, nurses, teachers and teachers, members of the armed forces, firefighters and police.
The society accept 100% of the allowances and overtime for these roles that depend on a six -month track record.
The Darlington professionals are available for all nationalities, including foreigners with a visa, including competent employee visa, health and social care visa, marital visas, BNO visa and ancestral visa.
The range is available up to 95% LTV, without minimal income criteria, no minimum time in the UK and no credit score.
The lender has also improved his criteria for Expat applications and it will no longer be a requirement that applicants have at least 12 months in their current role.

These criteria changes are a direct answer to that requirement.
