Aldermore has hired Jack Arnold and Matthew Gudgeon as business development managers within its commercial real estate (CRE) team.
Arnold joins Aldermore after almost ten years at NatWest. At NatWest he held a series of progressive roles in property finance.
Gudgeon brings almost 20 years of experience in financial services. He has held positions at HSBC, Santander, Christie Finance and most recently OakNorth Bank, where he worked as an associate in debt finance.
