Saffron for Intermediaries has entered into a strategic partnership with Brickflow to incorporate its end-to-end real estate development financing proposition into the Brickflow platform.
Through Brickflow, real estate agents now have access to Saffron’s full suite of real estate development financing products.
Saffron says its development finance offering can help agents more efficiently identify suitable financing solutions at different stages of a project, while continuing to work directly with Saffron’s property development finance team.
Additionally, the partnership enables brokers to structure financing solutions that span pre-development, construction and exit, supported by Brickflow’s case assessment and sourcing functionality.
The partnership follows the recent launch of Saffron’s pre-development bridging and exit bridging solutions.
