West One has hired Olivia Burke as business development manager for its short-term division in a region covering London and the Home Counties.
Burke brings eight years of experience in the real estate and real estate finance industries with hands-on expertise in a broad range of business functions.
In her most recent role, Burke was BDM at Crystal Specialist Finance, covering central London and southern England.
Previously, she held positions at Metro Bank and Connells Group.
At West One, Burke will strengthen relationships with existing brokerage partners and drive new business in the region.
West One head of sales, short-term division Jez Quinn says: “I am excited about the addition of Olivia to our already established bridging team in the short-term division.
