Keystone Property Finance has hired two new Business Development Managers (BDMs), Golbarg Eraghi and Michelle Braham, as it continues to grow and scale.
Eraghi and Braham have joined to cover West London and South West respectively and will further strengthen Keystone brokers’ regional support.
Eraghi joins from Parkside Private Finance, where she worked as a mortgage and protection adviser, supporting estate agents on a wide range of residential and specialist matters.
Braham joins following her period at Kensington Mortgages, where she held a number of service and sales roles.
She worked as a service specialist before becoming a business development manager for the telephone industry, where she worked closely with intermediaries to support complex case queries.
Both Eraghi and Braham are CeMAP qualified and will work closely with brokers in their respective regions.
Keystone Property Finance managing director Elise Coole says: “Our BDMs play a crucial role in the way agents experience Keystone, and both Golbarg and Michelle bring invaluable experience and an intuitive understanding of agent needs.”
“As we continue to grow, it is vital that we maintain a high level of support for our brokers. These appointments will ensure we can continue to deliver the excellent service that brokers have come to expect.”
Last month, Keystone Real Estate Financing has concluded a new financing line with an international investment bank to increase credit volumes.
