Close Brothers Property Finance has appointed Shon Pallickaleth as director of business development.
Pallickaleth joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked for 15 years, most recently as relationship director leading the bank’s property operations for the South West of England and South Wales.
He has initiated and executed high-value, complex property transactions across all commercial and residential asset classes, working closely with private investors, family offices and property developers across the UK.
At Close Brother’s, Pallickaleth will strengthen the company’s regional presence in the Midlands, South West England and Wales.
He will focus on growing the company’s presence in the Midlands, South West and Wales, providing bespoke financing solutions for private developers and housebuilders across the region and supporting the delivery of residential, build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation.
His appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening regional expertise and on-site support.
In addition to his banking career, Shon is a non-executive member of the Homes & Treasury Committee of the Brighter Places Housing Association.
