Bridging lender REIM Capital has appointed Oliver Foskett as Chief Operating Officer and Marcus Dussard as Sales Director.
Foskett (pictured, right) previously held positions at Willis Towers Watson and Century Capital, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Whitehall Lending.
Dussard (photo, left) joins from KSEYE, and previously held senior leadership roles at Hampshire Trustbank and Castle Trustbank.
Foskett said: “Building sustainable processes and systems as we grow will be integral to ensuring we provide exceptional service and support to our brokers and clients. Speed and efficiency will be at the heart of everything we do at REIM, but most importantly we strive to provide solutions when a transaction becomes complex, using the team’s vast experience to get the job done.”
Dussard said: “REIM has ambitious but very realistic plans for the coming years and it will be my responsibility to build a team and establish the best practices to achieve those objectives. As the complexity of the market grows, helping brokers achieve the best results for their clients will always be at the forefront of my mind and that will not change as we strive to deliver certainty and the best results.”
