Precise will withdraw all its residential products at 5pm today to review prices and Zephyr will increase prices by up to 20 basis points on Monday.
Earlier today HSBC revealed it would increase prices tomorrow and Coventry relaunched the new range it took off sale on Sunday, but the updated rates are up to 75 basis points higher.
Precise says: “Due to the ongoing unprecedented market conditions, we are recalling all residential products from 5pm today, Thursday 26 March.
“New products with updated pricing will be made available tomorrow, Friday, March 27.”
Zephyr has warned brokers that the two-year fixed rate will rise by 20 basis points on Monday and the five-year rate will rise by 15 basis points.
Shawbrook has also announced that it will increase rates on a number of products tomorrow.
Swaps rose again this morning, with two- and five-year yields about 6 basis points higher than where they ended yesterday.
According to Moneyfacts, the average mortgage interest rate, for all types of deals, reached a level of 5.5% yesterday afternoon.
