Kensington Mortgages has reduced interest rates on its buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages, including its Prime, Core and eKo products.
Rates for Kensington’s core products with Loan-to-Value (LTV) up to 80% and prime mortgages with LTV up to 75% have both been reduced by up to 0.20%, including for the lender’s HMO and MUB products.
The lender’s 75% LTV two-year prime rates now start at 5.73% without fees, 5.39% with a £1,499 fee and 4.34% with a 3% fee.
In addition, the 75% LTV prime rate over five years now starts at 5.49% without fees and 5.37% with a £1,499 fee.
For premium eKo products, the lender’s 75% LTV has been reduced by up to 0.20%.
This includes two-year 75% LTV prime eKo rates at 5.68% without fees, 5.34% with a £1,499 fee and 4.29% with a 3% fee.
In addition, 75% of five-year eKo rates now start at 5.44% without fees and 5.32% with a £1,499 fee.

Meanwhile, Molo has slashed prices across its UK, non-UK and expat BTL product ranges.
The lender’s UK-based BTL rates now start from 2.98% on a two-year fixed rate of 55%, available to both individual borrowers and limited companies, while the five-year fixed rate starts at 4.73%.
For the specialist offering, which includes HMO, MUFB, new build and holiday lets, two-year fixed rates now start at 3.14%, with five-year fixed rates from 4.89%.
Prices for non-UK residents and expat borrowers have also been reduced, with rates starting from 4.78%.
