Landbay has appointed Joe Noon as regional account manager for the Yorkshire region.
Noon brings more than 12 years of experience to the role, having worked in a number of roles within the mortgage and specialist lending sector.
He started his career as a mortgage adviser at Lloyds Banking Group in 2013 before moving into brokerage and business development.
He joined Metro Bank in 2017 and has since held roles at Vida and The Mortgage Lender, working closely with brokers on a range of retail and specialist mortgage matters.
In his new role, Noon will provide insight and sales support to estate agents and consultancies across the region across the lender’s full range of buy-to-let products, including Premier, Core, Specialist and Product Transfers.
He will report to Landbay’s Head of Sales in the North Ian Hall.
Commenting on the appointment, Hall said: “Joe’s experience in consultancy, brokerage and business development will be a real asset to the team and to our broker partners across Yorkshire.”
