Specialist lender Together has appointed Kate Grimoldby as director of corporate affairs.
She will report to Chief Financial Officer Chris Adams.
Grimoldby joins from THG PLC, where she was director of investor relations and strategic projects.
Before THG, Grimoldby held senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.
The appointment will see Grimoldby engage investors and demonstrate progress against Together’s long-term strategy, and comes as the company moves its investor relations team to its headquarters in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.
Adams said: “We are excited to welcome Kate to the team. Given the pace at which the company is growing, it is essential to have on-site talent who can be close to operations and create a robust plan to communicate with our investor population.”
Grimoldby said: “I am genuinely impressed by Together’s legacy and the strategic growth underpinning its success today. Research by Together showed last week that half of British people (50%) believe in this Brexit has damaged the housing market.
