District & County Investments (DCI) has appointed Ben Lavelle as North West business development manager.
Before joining District & County Investments, Lavelle worked at Hope Capital as director of business development for more than three years.
He started his career at Barclays, where he worked in intermediate sales for almost seven years.
Commenting on his appointment, Lavelle said: “I am delighted to be joining DCI at this time as the company expands its distribution footprint and expands its offering to developers and investors.”
“My first deal, a £2.95 million case in Liverpool announced last week, demonstrates the potential for DCI and how our net lending model is striking a chord with developers and investors alike.”
DCI commercial director Michael Clifford added: “It is a great time for Ben to join our growing team at DCI, especially as the North West in particular has always been a strong region for us and his recent deal immediately demonstrates the value Ben will bring to the business.”
