RAW Capital Partners has added bridging finance to its specialist lending proposition.
For over ten years, the Guernsey-based specialist lender has been providing bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK buy-to-let property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering to also lend to UK residents.
It is now offering unregulated, first-charge bridging products secured on UK residential properties.
Complementing its existing buy-to-let products, the bridging range is designed to serve buy-to-let landlords at key points in the property investment lifecycle, including bridge to purchase, chain breaks, and bridge to exit.
RAW’s bridging loans range from £100,000 to £4m, terms of three to 18 months, with a maximum LTV of 60% for bridging loans, and tiered rates depending on the LTV.
The company is prioritising speed and certainty of execution, with funds drawn from its own RAW Mortgage Fund, which has over £220m in assets under management.
Commenting, chief executive of RAW Capital Ben Nichols said: “This is an exciting development for RAW. We are seeing clear demand from brokers for fast and flexible bridging finance to address particular challenges, such as a broken chain or a development exit, so it’s important that we evolve our product range accordingly.”
