Coventry for Intermediaries has reduced selected residential fixed rates by up to 28 basis points, with discounts available to new and existing customers.
Two, three and five year fixed rate products are available, with options ranging from 65% – 95% loan to value.
Highlights include a fixed rate of 5.05% for two years to the end of November 2026, a 65% LTV with a £999 product fee – available for home refinancing, with an option of £350 cashback or using Coventry’s Remortgage Transfer Service
Also a fixed interest rate of 5.38% for two years until end of November 2026, 80% LTV without product fees and £500 cashback – available to first-time buyers
Commenting on the new rates, Jonathan Stinton, head of intermediary relations at Coventry Building Society, said: “We want to support our intermediary partners with competitive rates and excellent service to make the process of finding and securing a new deal as easy as possible . Our latest set of rate reductions gives brokers a wide range of options to help their clients find a product that suits them.”
