The Financial Conduct Authority has launched a portal for registered and authorized companies.
The portal, who announced the supervisor earlier in February, will enable companies to report to my FCA once to see reg data and connect planned tasks in one place.
Prior to the launch, companies had to register with three different systems.
Connect, regdata and online billing system users who have registered for multi-factor authentication can register with my FCA using their existing details.
It will not be mandatory to log in through my FCA to use the other websites.
The FCA says that the new portal “will make it easier to fulfill regulatory responsibilities and at the same time improve the user experience”.
FCA Chief Data, Intelligence and Information Officer Jessica Rusu says: “We are dedicated to be a smarter regulator under our new strategy.”
“Central to that is that we are easier to deal with. We have listened to feedback and have created a simple, clear and easy way for companies to meet their legal obligations.”
