Right Mortgage & Protection Network has appointed Abigail Carr as the new head of its customer service team.
In this new role, Carr will manage all activities associated with delivering effective customer service to the network’s AR companies and advisors.
She will also be the main point of contact for customer service issues across the network, liaising with department heads, organizing training and facilitating the development of the customer service team.
Carr has been with The Right Mortgage since June 2018, where she has held a number of roles, including mortgage broker administrator and onboarding manager.
This customer service team also consists of Sharon Jeynes and Leah Thomas. This team is available to all member firms and advisors to provide support, assistance and guidance on the range of services available through The Right Mortgage.
