TSB has confirmed a number of changes to its range of homes, product transfers and additional loans.
Examples of this include, for residential properties, a two-year fixed remortgage with an LTV rate of 80-85%, reduced by up to 0.25% – so now 4.89% with a product fee of £995.
And five-year fixed LTV rates with a 75% LTV interest rate have been reduced by 0.05%, so now 4.19% with a product fee of £995.
For product transfers, TSB offers residential two-year fixed LTV rates of 80-85%, reduced by up to 0.15%, so now 4.89% with a product fee of £995.
In addition, for five-year fixed LTV rates of 75%, LTV rates have been reduced by 0.05% – so now 4.59% with a product fee of £995.
For additional loans, TSB’s two-year fixed LTV of 80% has reduced interest rates by up to 0.15% – now 5.09% without product costs.
HSBC for Intermediaries has announced cuts to its offering to first-time buyers on the housing market in Great Britain.
The two-year Fixed Fee Saver with an LTV of 60%, 70% and 75% has decreased, but the two-year Fixed Fee Saver with an LTV of 85% has increased
Similarly, HSBC’s five-year Fixed Fee Saver is down 60%, 70% and 75% LTV; while the five-year Fixed Fee Saver has increased by 90% LTV.
