“Especially those with characteristics on ‘trending’ locations that are particularly well placed to take advantage of an increased occupation.
“Although we acknowledge that some owners are confronted with increasing pressure of recent tax changes, the continuous growth of domestic bookings – in particular at trending locations – offers a valuable opportunity to compensate for those challenges with a strong demand and a healthy return.
“The permanent attraction of the British residential state not only supports the local economies, but also helps many owners by navigating this changing landscape.”
The report also showed that the expenditure for stay in the year has risen 17%, rose to £ 1,292 per family compared to £ 1,070 in 2024.
