Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Afin Bank to its lender panel.
Afin Bank is a specialist mortgage provider offering residential and buy-to-let (BTL) products to suit a range of borrower circumstances.
This includes diaspora borrowers, self-employed customers, foreigners working in Britain with a valid visa and customers with complex income structures.
The lender’s proposal includes products available from a 5% deposit and lending solutions for professionals needing a higher income, in addition to a range with higher asset values.
