A later life lending group has been launched, combining Age Partnership, Pure Retirement and Advise Wise under the Sovereign Life Group banner.
Each of the companies will retain its own brands and senior management teams, overseen by Jonathan Thirkill as group CEO.
Andrew Thirkill is the founder and group chairman.
The three brands combine lending, advice and technology within the elderly care sector.
