OSB Group has promoted Emily Hollands to group head of intermediate sales and distribution with immediate effect.
In her new role, Hollands will take responsibility for the sales and distribution strategy for the entire company.
She will now lead a broader remit, which includes both field and internal sales teams, in addition to corporate accounts and brokerage operations.
This strategic change will better align sales capabilities.
OSB Group says that by bringing sales and distribution closer together, the company aims to improve collaboration and provide a more unified intermediary experience.
As part of the restructuring, David Boyd has also been promoted to group head of sales and operations, taking on an expanded role reporting to Hollands.
Boyd will lead non-field-based sales and support functions, including office BDMs, broker contact center and broker operations.
OSB says he will also play a central role in delivering the group’s transformation programme.
Commenting on her appointment, Hollands said: “I am delighted to be taking on this expanded role at such an important time for the Group. Bringing together our sales and distribution capabilities will create a powerful platform to better support our broker partners and customers, while driving continued growth within the business.”
OSB Group group lending distribution director Adrian Moloney added: “I am pleased that Emily has accepted this well-deserved promotion and I have no doubt that under her leadership we will further strengthen our broker partnerships and ensure our clients have access to the best solutions they need to thrive in today’s market.”
