Paragon Bank has launched an intermediary relationship team as part of its continued investment in broker support.
Heather Bill, Megan Botfield and Vikki Ray serve as relationship managers and will work closely with brokers to help progress applications, resolve queries and provide guidance tailored to individual business needs.
Bill and Botfield report to Sam Debenham as Northern Regional Manager, while Ray reports to Southern Regional Manager Andy Rudkin.
As part of her 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bill has worked as a Paragon underwriter.
Botfield has worked in the real estate industry for almost ten years and has also held various positions within Paragon’s mortgage business for a number of years.
Ray joined Paragon in 2009 and has also worked across several areas of the business, developing an understanding of the lender’s systems and processes, as well as building internal and external relationships that support effective broker results.
