Perenna has appointed Steve Mannakee as a national account manager.
Mannakee, who brings experience in the role for more than three decades, joins the Bank of West One loans where he led the establishment of the specialist First Charge Residential Proposition.
Before that he was almost a decade head of the sale of Aldermore Bank and also served as a regional development manager at Pepper Money Uk.
In his new role, Mannakee will be responsible for strengthening relationships with real estate networks, mortgage clubs and important accounts by offering training, guidance and continuous support.
From the on -board new partners to representing Perenna at the branch events, he will play an important role in continuing to build up momentum and growth.
Mannakee gives a commentary on his appointment and says: “I am very happy that I join the team at Perenna, and I am really enthusiastic about an integral part of the continuous development and growth. I am looking forward to using my experience in the specialized credit room to help grow the status of perenna within the broader broker population.”
