RAW Capital Partners has introduced an overpayment feature to its mortgage range.
This new feature allows customers to make free overpayments of up to 10% of their outstanding loan balance each year.
Under the new terms, borrowers can overpay up to 10% of the outstanding loan amount each year without being charged early repayment fees.
It will be available to both UK and non-UK residents.
