Black & White Bridging has expanded its back office activities with the appointment of three new team members.
Jenny Murray joins as head of data and financial systems, Niamh Hunter takes on the role of associate lending manager and Helena Carr has been appointed executive assistant.
Murray has a broad range of industry experience and competence in the optimization of financial operations through automation and systems transformation.
On her return to the UK, she joins Black & White Bridging, having spent the past two years living in New Zealand and working for companies such as Lightforce Solar and Daifuku Oceania.
Hunter will be responsible for processing loan applications and handling customer communications and documentation. She has previous sector experience from a role at Together.
Meanwhile, Carr has significant experience in bridging finance, having previously held executive support roles for Lowry Capital and Mint Property Finance.
Following the restructuring of Black & White earlier this year, Carr will provide much-needed support to the company’s senior management team.
Damien Druce, Chief Operating Officer of Black & White Bridging, says: “In January, Black & White Bridging had 14 full-time employees. With these three new employees, we now have 30. Although we have doubled in size, we are not neglecting the back end of the business; we are not interested in style over substance.”
“Not only are Jenny, Niamh and Helena all crucial to the progress of Black & White Bridging and our development as a leading player in the UK bridging market; their appointments, together with some key lending milestones, illustrate the scale and pace of our growth.”
