Vida Homeloans has launched Let to Move, a solution designed to support customers as they navigate life transitions.
This may involve moving abroad, moving in with family or deciding on the next steps. The solution allows applicants to rent out their home while they move.
It supports both individual and portfolio landlords during periods of change.
Ross Williams, head of mortgage product management at Vida, said: “Let to Move is a great example of how we listen to brokers and respond with solutions that reflect the real customer journey.”

Earlier this month, vida introduced a BTL product range for consumers.
The range is aimed at casual and non-professional landlords and provides a more accessible route into the regulated BTL market.
It also added a specialist holiday BTL product range, designed to support short-term rental investments in popular UK holiday destinations.
