Property provider Together today announced a profit of £59.3 million in its latest results for the quarter to December 31, 2025.
The lender’s loan portfolio grew to £8.1 billion.
The Greater Manchester-based group, which provides personal and commercial finance, announced that average monthly lending had risen to £300.6 million, up 6.1% year-on-year and 11.1% on the previous quarter.
Underlying profit before tax rose 6.5% compared to the same quarter last year, to £59.3 million, an increase of 6.5% on the previous quarter.
Together, which is headquartered in Cheadle and employs more than 800 staff, says the group’s net lending portfolio now stands at £8.1 billion, while delinquencies continue to improve to 5.2%, up from 5.5% in the previous quarter.

The lender, which provides financial products such as bridging loans and personal and commercial mortgages, is undergoing a systems transformation program to improve and streamline its lending operations.
