Afin Bank has appointed Stuart Benge as senior business development manager.
Benge joins with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial finance, including 20 years at Norwich and Peterborough, plus stints at both Recognize Bank and Hodge Bank.
Benge is the fourth addition to the specialist lender’s development team this year.
Commenting on his appointment, Benge says: “There is a huge gap in the market. Many borrowers want to get on the property ladder but can’t get a mortgage on the high street, so where do they go? Estate agents face the same challenge: where do they go for a deal if their client is a little bit different from the norm.”
