Hodge Bank has hired Scott Hill as Chief Technology Officer.
Hill brings a wealth of experience with technology and financial services companies.
He joins Hodge after senior technology leadership roles at IBM, Accenture, Dyson, Diageo, Versace and most recently Target Group, where he focused on digital transformation to improve efficiency, agility and innovation.
At Hodge, Hill will lead the bank’s technology strategy and digital transformation.
Hill said: “I am excited to join Hodge Bank as its new Chief Technology Officer. I have followed the impressive work this team has accomplished and I am eager to build on that success.”
He adds: “My career has taken me through some of the biggest names in technology, from global leaders such as IBM and Accenture, where I honed my skills in strategic technology delivery and innovation.”
Last week, Hodge announced it will now accept 80% loan-to-value on interest-only mortgages as part of an affordability push.
