Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has promoted Jack Slade to business development manager for the North East and Scotland.
Slade joined HTB earlier this year as business development director, supporting brokers in the North East with complex and non-standard matters.
The move builds on the lender’s investment in its specialist mortgage and bridging finance distribution, following the appointment of Danny Kiely as head of sales and expansion into Scotland.
Commenting on his promotion, Slade said: “It is a privilege to step into this new role and build on the relationships I have developed with estate agents in the North East, as I now extend that support to Scotland.”
“HTB is a lender that listens and works closely with brokers to get complex things moving, and that collaboration is what makes this role so rewarding. I look forward to entering the market, strengthening partnerships and helping more brokers achieve the right results for their clients.”
Kiely added: “I am absolutely delighted to be able to promote Jack so quickly after stepping into my own new role as Head of Sales. He has made an immediate impact since joining HTB, delivering consistent performance for agents and earning their trust through the quality of his work.”
