Keystone Property Finance has appointed two regional business development managers and made two senior BDM promotions.
Tom Lawry has joined as BDM for the West Midlands and James Harding will take on the role of BDM for the East Midlands.
Lawry joins from Birmingham Bank, where he was BDM within the commercial lending department, specializing in buy-to-let (BTL).
He managed intermediary relationships and structured complex cases. Previously, he spent more than five years at Paragon Banking Group in senior retention and partnership roles.
Harding also joins with experience at Paragon, where he most recently worked as a telephony BDM.
He has previously worked in underwriting, retention and completion and has expertise in complex transactions, including for large healthcare organizations and multi-unit blocks, and in efficiently pursuing business in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Existing Keystone BDMs Mark Hindmarsh and Kevin Meredith, who cover the South East and North West respectively, have also been promoted to senior BDMs.
Keystone Property Finance managing director Elise Coole said: “The creation of dedicated Midlands areas gives agents direct access to expert, regionally focused support, while the promotions of Mark and Kevin further strengthen the senior capabilities within our distribution team.”
“Strengthening our regional coverage is a necessary step to ensure we maintain the service standards expected of Keystone. For brokers, this means stronger case support and greater confidence that they are working with a lender that invests in the people behind its proposition.”
These developments follow the appointments last month of Golbarg Eraghi as BDM for West London and Michelle Braham as BDM for the South West.
