LHV Bank has made four new employees to stimulate its credit team.
Olivia Carling and Emma Wright have been appointed as Lending Operations Managers and Dassos Alexandrou and James Murphy as credit managers.
Carling joins Shawbrook Bank, where she worked as a completion officer.
Based in Manchester, she will supervise the progression of deals to completion.
Wright is also located in Manchester and joins Lloyds Banking Group.
She will manage complex cases and work closely with insurers to ensure that decisions are made in time.
Murphy will also work from the office in Manchester, with a focus on building broker relationships in the northwest.
He joins Santander, where he worked for eight years in credit risk and relationship management roles.
Alexandrou has been appointed as credit manager in London.
He joined LHV of Reliance Bank in May and specializes in commercial real estate investments and trade loans.
LHV Bank Director of Small and Medium Enterprise Lending Conor McDermott says: “Brokers want to know that the lenders with whom they work have the right people to do deals.
“Bringing Olivia, Emma, Dassos and James in the team gives us extra expertise in both front-end structuring and back office operations.
“That combination is of vital importance in a market where speed, security and service are paramount.
“These agreements show our focus on working with brokers to deliver commercial real estate and commercial loans that help their customers grow.
“Because operational managers move cases and keep loan managers on site to structure facilities, we are well placed to continue to build strong broker’s partnerships in the United Kingdom.”
