Together has announced rate cuts of 5 basis points across part of its unregulated bridging range from today.
The unregulated reductions in bridging rates are intended to improve affordability at higher LTVs, Together said.
The short-term product is available with loans of between £26,000 and £5 million and includes dual lawyer representation in qualifying cases to speed up the application process, with 100% financing available.
Property types include residential, commercial and semi-commercial. The lower rates are available to expats and non-residents of the UK.
The nominal rates for the first levy now start at 0.9% for unregulated residential bridging, 1.04% for semi-commercial properties and 1.08% for commercial properties.
Nominal rates for second-tier products will now start at 1.08% for non-regulated residential bridging, 1.06% for semi-commercial properties and 1.10% for commercial properties.
Together director of intermediate sales Tanya Elmaz said: “In a market where certainty and speed are more important than ever, these changes reflect our commitment to listening to brokers and responding decisively.
“By reducing unregulated bridging fees, we are removing complexity, improving affordability and helping brokers achieve confident outcomes.
“Our focus at Together remains to be a reliable, long-term partner, combining clear pricing, flexible lending and the certainty of completion that agents, investors and landlords require from today’s specialist lenders.”
